Price and the Globeya Full Service

What the service includes
- a shortlist tailored to you – prices, layouts, payment plans and completion dates
- viewing online or in person – appointment with the developer, accompaniment and interpreting
- negotiating the price and payment schedule with the developer
- reservation agreement – we arrange it and translate it
- a lawyer in the country and legal checks – land ownership, building permit, the developer's track record
- contract translation
- checking the purchase contract before signing and keeping track of payment deadlines
- coordinating the transfer of ownership with the developer, the lawyer and the authorities
- support all the way to the key handover – we are there when you take over the property
- help with furnishing your apartment – we advise you and put you in touch with our turnkey furnishing partners
- the estate agency's fee – no further commission is added to the price
Not included: payments to the developer (price, reservation fee, down payment, instalments), the developer's resort maintenance fees, travel costs for an in-person viewing, transferring utilities, the turnkey furnishing itself (furniture, delivery, assembly) and rental management if you order them, and taxes and official state fees – we tell you the amounts for your project in advance. We will go through all the terms together in a consultation.
