LE CHÂTEAU BY BEYOND

A premium residential tower on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is being created as the first project within the Evermore master community by BEYOND Developments.

Le Château introduces a residential concept inspired by the French Riviera, emphasizing space, privacy, and a more relaxed pace of coastal living.

The 31-story building offers 257 exclusive residences with sea views. The architecture features flowing lines, spacious terraces, and a focus on connecting interiors with outdoor spaces.

As the first phase of the entire masterplan, it also offers the lowest entry prices into the future Evermore community, which spans approximately 250,000 m².

French inspiration in a modern approach

Le Château is based on the philosophy of l'art de vivre, which emphasizes the quality of everyday life, space, and a more relaxed pace of living.

The project works with natural light, spacious interiors, and seamless integration of living areas with outdoor terraces.

The design was created in collaboration with the Pininfarina studio and combines contemporary architecture with an aesthetic inspired by the French Riviera.

Residences with coastal views

Available are 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences ranging from 73 m² to 166 m². Ceiling heights reach 3.2 meters and large-format glazing brings natural light and sea views into the interiors.

Interiors are designed with an open living area, seamless connection to terraces, and an emphasis on the spaciousness of the entire space.

Materials and finishes are chosen in neutral tones to maintain the timeless character of the project and a more peaceful atmosphere in the interiors.

Privacy and resort amenities

The project includes a representative lobby with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters, a lounge space for residents, co-working facilities, a 250 m² fitness center, and a resort pool surrounded by greenery.

On the 32nd floor, a rooftop terrace with views of Al Marjan Island and the surrounding coast will be created. The project is complemented by outdoor relaxation zones and landscaped gardens aligned with the overall residence concept.

Al Marjan Island is among the fastest-growing coastal locations in the United Arab Emirates. The area combines new residential projects, hotels, and long promenades, and is gradually becoming one of the main residential and investment areas of Ras Al Khaimah.

Le Château is part of the Evermore master community, which integrates residential living, green spaces, promenades, and amenities connected to the coast.

The project is also conveniently located near Al Hamra Golf Club, Al Hamra Mall, and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.

The payment plan is divided in a 50/50 ratio, with half of the price payable during construction and the remaining amount upon project completion.

Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029.

Investment perspective

Le Château represents the first phase of the entire Evermore community, and thus the lowest entry prices within the future masterplan. Prices start from 2.1 million AED.
