Not included: payments to the developer (price, reservation fee, down payment, instalments), the developer's resort maintenance fees, travel costs for an in-person viewing, transferring utilities, the turnkey furnishing itself (furniture, delivery, assembly) and rental management if you order them, and taxes and official state fees – we tell you the amounts for your project in advance. What is the maintenance fee and when is it paid?
The maintenance fee is the developer's charge for looking after the resort: maintaining the pools, common areas and grounds, and caring for the whole complex. It is not included in the purchase price or in the Globeya Complete Service. Depending on the project it is paid once in advance, for example for 10 years, or yearly. We state it exactly as the developer sets it. If the developer does not state it, we will send you the amount and period together with the price list.
