Not included: payments to the developer (price, reservation fee, down payment, instalments), the developer's resort maintenance fees, travel costs for an in-person viewing, transferring utilities, the turnkey furnishing itself (furniture, delivery, assembly) and rental management if you order them, and taxes and official state fees – we tell you the amounts for your project in advance. What is the maintenance fee and when is it paid?
