Sobha Realty enters Abu Dhabi for the first time with a project covering approximately 38 million sq.ft. Sales will launch in the coming days, with pre-sales currently underway allocating the first units. This is the most attractive investment entry point at the moment.

Sobha City is conceived as a fully-fledged city. Within the territory will be a marina, shopping mall, schools, clinic and community spaces.

Approximately 60% of the area comprises green space and open areas complemented by water features and a two-kilometer waterfront promenade. It includes more than 20 kilometers of pathways for mobility and leisure activities and an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman.

Yas Island is among Abu Dhabi's most significant areas and one of its main tourism centers. Within minutes you'll find Ferrari World, Yas Mall, Yas Bay and Warner Bros. World. The upcoming Disney park is among projects that could significantly impact the future development of the entire location. The airport is approximately fifteen minutes away, which increases appeal for residents and short-term rentals.

The project offers apartments, townhouses and villas across several price levels. Apartments start from 1.31 million AED, approximately €325,000. Townhouses range from 4.9 million AED, corresponding to prices of approximately €1,225,000. Villas form a separate segment with prices on request.

The payment plan is divided in a 60/40 ratio. 60% during construction, 40% upon project completion, scheduled for 2029.

The project is currently in pre-launch phase, with reservation through EOI.
