Villa Barocco in Torpè

In recent years, Torpè has gained increasing popularity not only among tourists but also among those who have chosen to settle in Sardinia permanently. Its location is ideal: just a few minutes from Budoni and its white sandy beaches, close to Posada and San Teodoro, and less than half an hour from Olbia with its port and airport. A gateway to the world, without having to give up the peace of a small town rooted in tradition.

It was here, nearly thirty years ago, that a family from Torpè bought a plot of land and built their own villa. A home born from love, designed to accommodate everyday life: solid, healthy, spacious, and bright.

The 750 m² garden is a green oasis with olive trees, palms, and pomegranates – symbols of abundance and deep roots. The villa itself covers 160 m² and opens onto a covered veranda, which leads into a large entrance area and a huge living room: on one side a relaxation area with sofas, on the other a dining area with a large family table. The kitchen, separate and made of genuine wood, combines warmth and practicality, with access to another covered veranda, ideal for outdoor dining.

From the living room, you enter a room that the family decided to use as an additional sitting room. The sleeping area, accessible through a hallway, offers three very spacious bedrooms – one with its own bathroom – and a main bathroom with a tub.

What makes this villa truly unique is its furnishings: baroque-style furniture pieces of high value, testament to timeless elegance. Some personal items will be removed, but most of the furniture will remain, giving the house its distinctive character.

On the lower level, there is a garage with vehicle access – practical and comfortable. Every detail, inside and out, speaks to a solid home built to last.
