Residences on Dubai Islands offer seaside living with the amenities and services of Cheval Collection. Apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms are complemented by direct beach access.

Cheval Residences is an eight-storey residential project on Dubai Islands. It is located directly by the sea and will offer residents beach access and coastal views. International brand Cheval Collection, which specializes in residential and hotel services, will manage the project.

The offering consists of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, designed with emphasis on spacious layouts and connection between living areas and outdoor spaces. Large windows promote open interiors, and views from some residences face directly toward the sea.

Sizes range from approximately 763 sq ft for 1-bedroom apartments to over 4,300 sq ft for the largest 3-bedroom residences.

Residences are fully furnished. Interiors combine neutral tones, natural materials and simple lines that create a clean and elegant appearance.

Kitchens are equipped with built-in appliances and connect to the living area. Thanks to complete furnishings, apartments will be ready for move-in upon handover.

One of the main benefits of the project is direct beach access. Residents will have access to an outdoor pool, children's pool, fitness center, spa and relaxation areas. The project will also include a restaurant and rooftop space with sea views.

Residents will have 24-hour concierge and security services, reception with lounge, parking including EV charging and driver service options.

Payment plan 50/50: 10% at booking, 40% during construction, 50% at handover.
